Kansas City - Agreed to terms with P Terry Leach on a one-year contract.

Seattle - Agreed to terms with C Scott Bradley on a one-year contract.

Atlanta - Traded P Gary Eave and 3B Ken Pennington to the Seattle Mariners for 3B Jim Presley.

Pittsburgh - Agreed to terms with 1B Sid Bream on a one-year contract.

Albany - Acquired F Daren Queenan from the Rapid City Thrillers for a 1990 first-round draft choice and future considerations.

Green Bay - Announced the retirement of C Blair Bush.

Babson - Named Frank Millerick assistant athletic director.

Connecticut - Named Ralph Mansell head trainer; Robert Howard assistant athletic trainer, and Vernon Hargreaves assistant football coach. Promoted Steve Spagnuolo to defensive coordinator.

Clemson - Announced that Terry Allen, tailback, has withdrawn from school. Retained Larry Van Der Heyden, offensive line coach, and Rick Stockstill, quarterbacks coach. Named Bob Trott defensive coordinator and secondary coach; Wally Ake inside linebackers coach; Roger Hinshaw outside linebackers coach; Larry Brinson offensive backfield coach; Richard Wilson wide receivers coach; Larry Beckman guards and center coach; Dick Ellis administrative assistant, and Peter Shinnick graduate assistant.

Lander - Announced it will become a member of the NCAA Division II Peach Belt Conference.
