Next Month Is Looking Very Bright

So many writers, so little time . . . especially next month, if you want to catch some of America's best contemporary writers of literary fiction: Amy Tan, Don DeLillo, Marianne Wiggins, Josephine Humphreys and Richard Ford, to name a few.

The June calendar also features a seminal event on the local literary scene: a 10th anniversary party for Red Sky Poetry Theatre, the peripatetic collective of poets and performers. The busy month features these selected events:
