Entrees -- Brown Sugar-Brandy Glazed Ham

1 boneless fully cooked ham, about 4 pounds

1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/3 cup brandy

1. Remove ham from refrigeration 1 hour before cooking. Preheat oven to 325-degrees. Score the top of the ham. Line a large baking pan with aluminum foil. Place the ham on the foil and cover with another piece of foil. Bake 1 hour.

2. Combine the brown sugar and brandy, stirring well to dissolve the sugar. Remove the foil covering and coat the ham with half of the glaze. Cook 10 minutes; then coat with the remaining glaze and continue baking 20 minutes. Any cooking juices remaining in the pan can be poured over the ham when sliced.
