Earthquake near Port Angeles measures 3.6

PORT ANGELES - A mild earthquake was felt in Kitsap County and on the eastern part of the Olympic Peninsula yesterday.
The quake, which occurred at 6:30 a.m., measured 3.6 in magnitude and was centered about 26 miles southeast of Port Angeles, the University of Washington seismology lab reported.
No one reported injuries or property damage, said sheriff's offices in Jefferson and Kitsap counties.
