Notable alumni: John Olerud (Mariners first baseman); Steve Pelluer (former quarterback for UW, Dallas and Kansas City); Scott Pelluer (former linebacker for Washington State and Dallas, now an assistant for Arizona Wildcats); Tom Flick (former UW quarterback); Brad Barquist (1996 Olympic distance runner, current Interlake cross-country coach); Brian Wood (former KIRO-TV newscaster); Libby Ludlow (member U.S. ski team); Luke Esser (state senator); Kay Storey (Broadway/recording artist).

Bet you didn't know: Interlake had three alumni drafted into the NFL in a four-year span from 1981 to 1984. Tom Flick (by Washington, 1981), Scott Pelluer (by Dallas, 1981) and his brother Steve Pelluer (by Dallas, 1984).
