Girls consolation games

Kentlake 48, Monroe 45

Shuree Hyatt scored 20 points and Courtney Thompson added 14 as Kentlake (24-3) overcame 32-percent shooting to oust Monroe. The Bearcats (19-7) shot 51 percent from the field but turned the ball over 27 times. Kentlake had only 10 turnovers. Kristen Thompson, a 6-foot-6 sophomore, led Monroe with 18 points, 15 rebounds and five blocks.

Jefferson 50, Central Kitsap 41

Kezia Long's 13 points, 14 rebounds and five blocks helped the Raiders (19-8) remain alive. Adria Layne had 14 points and nine rebounds for the Cougars (21-8), who shot 24 percent.

Lewis and Clark 58, Olympia 49

Katy Baker scored 19 points as the Tigers (21-7) overcame a 31-point performance by the Bears' Whitney Golob. Lewis and Clark led 39-20 at halftime thanks to 51 percent shooting from the field (14 for 27). Golob hit four three-pointers and made 11 of 12 free throws.

Puyallup 59, Oak Harbor 52

Megan Clarno had a triple-double and Allison Ampe's 16 points led four players in double figures as the Vikings (22-5) rebounded from an overtime loss to Redmond on Wednesday. Clarno had 13 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists for Puyallup. Shirley Spears (21 points, 10 rebounds) and Heidi McNeill (14 points, 10 rebounds) led the Wildcats (18-7).
