The week ahead: Randolph pulling down bigger numbers

Tomorrow: San Antonio at Houston (6:30 p.m., TNT). Western Conference All-Star starters Tim Duncan and Yao Ming face off.
Wednesday: Sacramento at Detroit (4:30 p.m.). Kings take their high-scoring offense into Motown to face defensive-minded Pistons.
Thursday: Toronto at Seattle (7 p.m., KONG). The only KeyArena appearance this season for Vince Carter, the All-Star Game's top vote-getter.
