Sabermetric baseball stats

A weekly look at baseball stats that provide a full picture of players' performance.

Statistics provided by Sean Forman and Jeff Angus. Forman teaches math in Philadelphia and is the creator of Baseball-Reference.com.

A few of the stats in the tables are obvious, but see the text at the bottom of this page for an explanation for each, what it measures and why it's important.
