About this database

This database was compiled from complaints alleging sexual misconduct that were filed by the Washington Department of Health against 443 health-care practitioners or applicants from 1995 through 2005. The database includes records of criminal cases against some practitioners or applicants. A small number of cases are pending.

A few files may contain language that some might find offensive.
