Class 4A
Brennen Frost, Lake Stevens football: Frost rushed for a school-record 257 yards and three touchdowns in 25-13 victory over Snohomish.
Chelsea Bailey, Kentlake swimming: Bailey won the 100-yard backstroke in an All-America time of 55.75 seconds, and won the 50 freestyle and swam on a winning relay at the district championships.
Class 3A
Neil Daly, Columbia River football: Daly completed 13 of 19 passes for 270 yards and three touchdowns with no interceptions, and carried 13 times for 147 yards and a score in a 49-14 victory over Prairie.
Kendall Vesneske, Shadle Park volleyball: Vesneske had 19 kills, six blocks, 13 digs, 17 assists and two aces to help the Highlanders beat East Valley of Spokane.
Class 2A
Ethan Sterkel, Ellensburg football: Sterkel passed for 497 yards and five touchdowns, completing 25 of 33 passes with no interceptions in a 54-8 win over Toppenish.
Kellie Zakrewski, Cheney soccer: Zakrewski had three goals in one match and one in another as the Blackhawks wrapped up the Great Northern League championship.
Class 1A
Chad Brinkman, Lakeside (Nine Mile Falls) football: Brinkman completed 12 of 20 passes for 368 yards and three touchdowns without being intercepted in a 43-13 win over Newport. He also rushed for 69 yards and made eight tackles.
No girls nominated.
Class 2B
Steven Dunn, Northwest Christian (Lacey) football: Dunn carried 37 times for 207 yards, blocked an extra-point kick and made 12 tackles in a Navigators loss to Willapa Valley.
Mariah McHolland, Rainier Christian volleyball: McHolland had 26 kills, six blocks and 10 digs in a victory against Life Christian.
Class 1B
Dylen Heaward, Crescent football: Heaward rushed 36 times for 493 yards and 10 touchdowns and tossed a 63-yard TD pass in an 84-68 victory over Lopez. His 10 rushing TDs and 11 all-purpose touchdowns are school and state 1B records. His 604 all-purpose yards is a school record.
Shayanne Wilson, Northport volleyball: Wilson accumulated 38 kills, 15 blocks and five aces in Mustangs victories over Mary Walker and Republic.
